These documents describe TigerSiam as a booking and coordination platform, not the transport operator, and allocate operational risk to the independent provider that actually performs the ride.

Platform role only

TigerSiam operates a digital service that helps customers create ride requests, receive quotes, exchange status updates, and in some cases pay a deposit. Unless TigerSiam expressly confirms otherwise in writing for a specific booking, TigerSiam is not the carrier, taxi operator, shuttle operator, fleet owner, travel agent, insurer, guarantor, or employer of any driver.

TigerSiam does not promise that any ride request will be accepted, fulfilled on time, fulfilled exactly as requested, or fulfilled at all. All displayed timings, availability signals, and estimated prices are informational until finally confirmed.

Independent third-party providers

All transportation services listed, arranged, or discussed through the platform are performed by independent third-party drivers, fleets, dispatchers, or subcontracted transport partners. Those providers are solely responsible for licenses, permits, insurance, taxes, employment matters, vehicle condition, route execution, passenger handling, child-seat availability, pet transport conditions, baggage handling, and compliance with local law.

TigerSiam does not control and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, misconduct, negligence, fraud, violence, harassment, cancellation, lateness, route changes, pricing changes, or service failures of any provider or other third party.

Separate transport relationship

A booking request submitted through TigerSiam is only a request until reviewed and confirmed. Once a ride is accepted, the transportation obligation, if any, exists between the customer and the independent provider assigned to that ride, even if TigerSiam assists with communication, schedule coordination, or deposit collection.

Any promises relating to pickup execution, route, driver conduct, waiting time, vehicle type, luggage acceptance, or ride completion must be enforced against the provider that accepted or performed the ride, not against TigerSiam, except where non-waivable law states otherwise.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details, flight information when relevant, passenger counts, child-seat requests, pet details, contact data, and any other information necessary for the provider to assess and perform the ride. You remain responsible for the conduct of your passengers, for lawful luggage contents, and for compliance with provider instructions and applicable law.

If your information is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or changes at the last minute, the provider may change pricing, delay service, refuse service, or cancel the ride, and TigerSiam is not responsible for resulting loss.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

TigerSiam may collect deposits or transmit payment instructions as a limited technical and administrative intermediary. Payment processing services, banks, card networks, and wallet operators are independent third parties with their own terms and outages.

Availability, cancellation rights, no-show handling, waiting charges, route surcharges, and refund outcomes may depend on the provider and real-world conditions. TigerSiam may forward a complaint or refund request as a courtesy, but TigerSiam does not guarantee that any provider or payment intermediary will approve, pay, or complete a refund, reimbursement, or compensation.

Warranty disclaimer and liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or provider performance. TigerSiam is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, income, reputation, data, luggage, or opportunity.

If TigerSiam is nevertheless found liable despite these limitations, TigerSiam's total aggregate liability arising out of the specific booking or event is limited to the amount of platform fees or deposits actually retained by TigerSiam for that booking. Nothing in these documents excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under mandatory applicable law.

No control over ride execution

TigerSiam does not supervise each vehicle, driver, route, pickup point, delay, roadside event, accident, or on-trip interaction. Operational control remains with the independent provider performing the service.

Because TigerSiam does not control ride execution, TigerSiam does not accept responsibility for bodily injury, death, assault, theft, property loss, missed flights, missed appointments, emotional distress, or other harm allegedly caused by a provider or by conditions outside TigerSiam's direct control.

No responsibility for third-party systems

TigerSiam relies on third-party networks and systems including payment gateways, mapping tools, telecom services, email, anti-bot services, hosting, and analytics providers. Interruptions, errors, outages, false declines, blocked messages, or security incidents affecting those systems may delay or prevent service.

TigerSiam is not responsible for acts or failures of those providers and does not guarantee that any specific communication, payment attempt, identity check, or status update will succeed.

Force majeure and external events

TigerSiam is not liable for failure or delay caused by traffic, weather, airport restrictions, police action, border controls, road closures, strikes, vehicle breakdowns, public health events, natural disasters, civil disturbances, platform abuse, fraud, or any event beyond TigerSiam's reasonable control.

In those situations, the provider may modify the route, waiting time, vehicle assignment, or cancellation decision, and TigerSiam may only relay information without assuming transport liability.

Claims procedure and cooperation

Any claim concerning transport quality, injury, baggage, driver conduct, property damage, or compliance must first be directed to the provider that performed or was assigned to perform the ride. TigerSiam may share booking records or communication logs where legally permitted, but that assistance does not create admission of liability.

You agree to provide accurate supporting information for any claim and not to attribute provider conduct to TigerSiam merely because the request was submitted through the platform.

Information we collect

TigerSiam may collect contact details, booking details, route information, pickup timing, flight references, passenger counts, child-seat requests, pet transport notes, device information, browser data, support communications, payment status metadata, and session identifiers.

Some information is provided directly by you, some is generated when you interact with the site, and some may be received from payment processors, authentication providers, fraud-prevention services, or transport partners.

How we use information

TigerSiam uses personal data to create and manage booking requests, transmit booking details to independent providers, support authentication, reduce fraud, send operational communications, process or reconcile deposits, maintain logs, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.

TigerSiam may also use limited data to investigate abuse, enforce these documents, or defend legal claims.

Sharing and disclosure

TigerSiam may share relevant information with the provider assigned to your ride, payment processors, infrastructure vendors, communication services, analytics tools, anti-fraud vendors, professional advisers, insurers, law enforcement, or regulators where reasonably necessary.

TigerSiam does not promise that third parties will apply the same privacy or security practices as TigerSiam. Once information is shared with a provider for ride fulfillment, that provider may process the information under its own legal responsibilities and policies.

Retention, security, and rights

TigerSiam keeps data for as long as reasonably necessary for booking operations, dispute handling, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Although TigerSiam applies reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Where applicable law grants you privacy rights, you may request access, correction, or deletion subject to identity verification, legal retention duties, and TigerSiam's legitimate need to keep records related to bookings, payments, complaints, and fraud prevention.

By using the site, sending a booking request, paying a deposit, accepting cookies, or communicating through TigerSiam, you confirm that you have read these documents and accept that TigerSiam acts as an intermediary platform and that any transportation service is carried out by an independent third-party provider unless TigerSiam expressly states otherwise in writing.
