Questions and answers

Everything here follows the current TigerSiam flow for Pattaya-area airport transfers: route, ride class, contact details, email confirmation, payment to the driver at the end of the ride, tracking, and manager review.

How does booking work?

For airport transfers to or from Pattaya and nearby areas, start with the route, choose the ride class, add contact details, and then enter the code from your email. After that you receive the tracking link, the booking moves into manager review, and a manager contacts you to clarify the trip details, confirm the order, and agree the payment method if needed. Payment is made to the driver at the end of the ride. If paying in Thai baht is not possible, you can arrange another payment method with the manager in chat, including cryptocurrency.

What happens after I send the booking request?

After the request is sent through the selected communication method, a manager contacts you, checks the route details, clarifies anything missing, and confirms the order. The booking is not treated as fully confirmed until that review happens.

How early should I book?

Book in advance whenever possible. Managers do not reply 24/7, so last-minute requests, overnight departures, and holiday transfers are riskier and may leave less time for clarification before dispatch.

When should I leave Pattaya for the airport?

For Pattaya to airport rides, account for both traffic and airline check-in. As a practical upper planning limit, allow up to 3.5 hours on the road in heavy conditions, then add the airline check-in window on top. Include the flight number in notes so the manager can verify timing and terminal details.

Can I book airport pickup, drop-off, or a round trip?

Yes. The form is built for transfers between Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, or U-Tapao and Pattaya, Jomtien, Na Jomtien, Pratumnak, Bang Sare, and nearby areas. Switch the trip direction to choose airport pickup or airport drop-off before you continue.

Can I book both Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang to Pattaya?

Yes. TigerSiam is intentionally tuned for both Bangkok airport corridors. Use the airport preset, then enter the Pattaya, Jomtien, Na Jomtien, or Pratumnak destination before sending the request.

Do you also cover U-Tapao, Bang Sare, and Sattahip?

Yes. U-Tapao transfers are part of the current service scope, especially for Pattaya south, Bang Sare, Sattahip, and nearby coastal stays where a direct private car is more practical than shared transport.

Is this a Thailand-wide taxi service?

No. The current public booking flow is deliberately narrow: airport transfers between Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, or U-Tapao and the Pattaya area. That keeps requests relevant, quoteable, and easier for managers to confirm quickly.

How do I track my booking later?

Use the tracking code in the Track section. Recent tracking codes stay available on the device, and signed-in users also see linked rides in the Account section.

Do I need an account before booking?

No. You can continue as a guest. If you want the ride linked to your account, sign in later with a one-time email code or with any social provider currently available on the site.

Can I request child seats or travel with a pet?

Yes. You can request up to 2 child seats in the booking form. Pet transport is also supported, but animals should travel in a carrier and the manager may confirm the arrangement separately.

What happens after I send the booking request?

After you confirm the email code, the booking moves to manager confirmation. The manager may contact you to clarify route details, timing, flight number, pickup point, extras, or the payment method before confirming the ride. Payment is made to the driver at the end of the ride. If paying in Thai baht is not possible, you can arrange another payment method with the manager in chat, including cryptocurrency. After that the status can progress to Confirmed, En Route, and finally Completed.
